SCRIPTING AT SCHOOL!

So Today I spent around an hour scripting in the school's video post-production room, which is good...

I have like 25 pages done already, so we only need like 90 till the script is done...

JK, it'll be done in 60...

Damn you, work...

I woke up, switched on the computer and now I am apparently running another Project, I'm gonna manage a bunch of people, which is not helpful, and I'll have to write a bunch of videos(again, not helpful)...

I accepted because it'll bring together many friends, but this won't help Pokémon Brawlers, mainly since it's gonna take up alot of time as well, and we're already behind schedule as is...

The Script is at 16 pages of 120, which is not really good news and I want to finish it before June...

It's Easter, time to do nothing

So I did nothing today and will probably actually work a bit tomorrow since it's my last day before school starts again... woopdy-freaking-doo...

Yeah, I wrote 3 lines of the script today and just spent the rest of the day watching movies...

So I'm off to catch Lugia at the Whirl islands, hope you have a Great Easter and that Buneary brings around some Togepi's this year :D

Today I'm in a fight-y mood so I decided to write a bit more, including the second huge fight in the movie... settling old scores, I like to call it...

Again, Purple, our protagonist, shows himself as a huge badass who just happens to have psychic powers... plus he likes ninjas...

Yeah, so a bit of the movie has been worked on, now a climax occurs and the characters are forced to go save the world, same old, same old...

So, I wrote that, I also finished watching "Arceus and the Jewel of Life" yesterday and re-watched "Jirachi wish maker" today.

Nothing else besides that happened, except the filming I was supposed to be doing today was cancelled and I got ahead a bit on soul silver, so I just arrived at blackthorn a few hours ago...

Yayzles for nothing to say on the day in which I actually do the most...

That said, I'm off to play Street Fighter...

The Mysterious Tale of Shaymin

Today was much like any other:
Wake up
Go back to sleep
Wake up
Go back to sleep
Get dragged out of Bed
Prepare Cereal
Watch Wipeout UK
Go take a bath

Then things started happening, I switched on my computer and my DS
Started working(as per usual) and playing Soul Silver
I beat Jasmine a bit after lunch, then went to mahogany and saved(after encountering Entei for the second time today and witnessing my quick ball fail..) Then caught a red gyarados, then came here to update you guys for today.

I also did rethink the story of brawlers as to make it less expensive and equally awesome.
Tomorrow I have to pop by school to film some stuff(going to be there from 12 to 18:30 so I'll update you guys a bit later than usual) but, when I head back home, I may stop by a cheap clothe store or some crap like that and see if they have anything suited for my Brendan cosplay...

Another thing, I'm gonna go watch "Arceus" now, and I've heard alot of good things about the movie, unfortunately I still hate everything even remotely related to Sinnoh so we will see how it goes...


Last but not least, while transferring a team to my copy of soul silver a weird glitch or something happened and I got an official "Giratina and The Sky Warrior" Shaymin, it just happens to be awesome too so... yeah...

Crazy lil' thing called reviewing...

Alright, so today I didn't write, I didn't think, I didn't play and I didn't knit(xD)

I actually just did some basic investigation(mainly searching through decent pokémon hacks, found Light Platinum, which I will try out eventually) and since I have nothing to post today, I'll keep the promise I made yesterday and review Giratina and the Sky Warrior...

The movie starts as oh so many others, little introduction to the world, awesome battles with cameo only characters(WHY WASN'T BRENDAN EVEN SHOWED IN POKÉMON CHRONICLES? DAMN YOU ETHAN!) and then we get the first battle showing the main legendaries, a throwback to "Darkrai", etc, etc, you're probably already used to this so I won't do the whole synopsis thing...

Story:
Decent enough story, had some annoying parts like all pokémon movies do, but the fighting was superb... unfortunately I gained NOTHING from watching it so... yeah :L

Characters:
Unfortunately I was a huge fan of the series up to advanced, I did watch advanced but after that I was never going back to the anime... I do not like dawn, I do not like the new voice actors(WHY?) and I do not like Shaymin's attitude! I thought he was supposed to be adorable and thank everyone for everything, not a stuck up fuzz ball...
I did like the "Zero" character, he sorta reminded me of Silver's attitude in the begining of G/S/C, he's sort of what Silver would be if he was a spoiled kid, though the outfit was a bit bleh...
I also did like the fact we caught a glimpse at Regigigas

Plus side: Croagunk!

Settings:
I say it again, I do not like Sinnoh, though I reckon the Reverse world was cool

Yeah, so all in all, if you have nothing else to do, go for it.

I will also watch "Arceus" today or tomorrow so, watch out for that.

Alright, so today I'll make this post into a little story

So it all started yesterday a bit after I submitted my blog post.
I was at my grandparents for the traditional sunday dinner and bored out of my mind so I started playing Soul Silver.
When I got home I had just arrived at the third level of the Olivine Lighthouse.
Eventually I went to sleep...

Today I woke up, ate something, watched the life and times of Tim on the FX channel and then went to my room to start working

I tried to continue writing but I really needed to discuss the next series of events with the people who are helping me write, so instead I went to cinemassacre.com and wasted around an hour trying to get inspiration from the videos that had been uploaded since my last visit in February...
Nothing came of it so I decided to listen to some B\W and HG\SS music while writing character descriptions(physical only, so, essentially, their appearance and wardrobe...)

Then I stopped, opened two tabs, one(this one, in fact) for me to start writing this post and another directed to pokemonepisode.org where I'm going to watch Giratina and the Sky Warrior for the next hour or two.

Yeah, tomorrow I may post a review.

Meanwhile I have another debate:

Would you like the anime's main character to be ash forever or would you eventually want him replaced?
(I know it's lame but I had to ask something xD)

PokéDay 2, W00T W00T

So PokéDay 2 was just officially announced and, much like I did last year, I'm gonna go there.

It's slated for the 30th of June and it's gonna take place in Castelo Branco, Portugal(which is in europe...)
I am helping the organization, and I can tell you it's gonna be awesome.

'Till then I can only hope some fellow bloggers can pop by, and remember to visit their Facebook page for more info(google translate is advised seeing as there is no English Version of the text/schedule as of the time I'm posting this).

I'll keep you updated on the progress of getting everything ready for it as well.

Today I decided to, instead, play a bit of Soul Silver, I just beat Chuck and then realized I have no pokémon that can use Fly... great.

Cosplay:
Nothing, started looking for ways to make the hat.

Anime and Stuff:
Nothing, I just watched TheRunawayGuys all afternoon.

Other Stuff:

Pokémon Brawlers Progress:
0%, today I didn't even think about it(except if I consider an e-mail I received from fellow blogger "Aquarium" who has been helping me with the project, essentially he sent me an e-mail with an amazon link to the pokéballs I wanted to use in the film)

Pokémon Sapphire Progress:
All my pokémon are at lv 11, I also rushed into the Rustboro Gym and got my ass handed to me by Roxanne's Nosepass... Nosepasses(?) freaking suck...

Cosplay Stuff:
Same as Brawlers, the Pokéballs might help with some cosplays

Anime and Stuff:
Again, nothing to say here...

More Stuff:
Finally got around to seeing TheRunawayGuys' Brawl Tournament... 'twas awesome...
I really did nothing today, hell I woke up at 11:30, I didn't even have breakfast...

Oh look at the time, seems to me like the perfect opportunity to post on the blog before I go back to my Soul Eater Marathon, so let's make this quick and entertaining...

Pokémon Brawlers Progress:
Actually went back to scripting, the basic plot is now final, the first 2 of the initial 3 "big battles" have been scripted and I have to say, if I do manage to film this like I want to, then you're in for a couple of amazing action sequences...(oh how I love the inspiration I get from Anime). One plot machine has been used, and the 3rd member of the main four characters is about to be introduced(although the last of the quartet is only going to be seen in the middle of the movie and at the very end)

Pokémon Sapphire Progress:
To be honest I haven't played it today(I know, it is truly the work of Satan that I spent a day without playing Pokémon, poo on me).

Cosplay Stuff:
Haven't really done anything, might start working on the hat for Brendan either tomorrow or somewhere during the weekend...

Anime and Stuff:
Just finished watching the 46th episode of Soul Eater(Oh Excalibur, you FOOL) and if I finish watching the series today(5 episodes to go) I may either pick up another series, go back to reading the Ruby and Sapphire Chapter of Pokémon Adventures or Maybe Start compiling a Script for a Soul Eater Abridged one shot(remember it is not gonna be a prioriTAH, so don't worry)

More Stuff:
Gonna transfer a few pokémon to pokémon White during the weekend and I'm going back to minecraft for a while(haven't mined or crafted in ages).
I'm also currently editing a small Video showcasing IberAnime LX 2012 for you guys, but have run out of my own footage so I have asked around facebook for footage from anyone who went to the damn thing...

Btw, no debate for today, seeing as you didn't seem to even notice the one I posted two days ago -.-"

Although not Pokémon related, I can't help but post this "memorial" here.
Today I won't be writing one of the usual posts, though I can assure you work is still being made on Brawlers, some stuff has been added to the script, etc, etc.

Edd Gould died on the 25th and late last night this was revealed to the world, he was a great inspiration to many, me included. Though it is sad to see him go at such a young age, let us remember that he was not only fighting for himself but for all the ones who cared about him as well and, at least, now he won't have to fight anymore.

It really is... weird, to say the least, that from one day to another someone can depart, and even though we were aware of his medical condition, we still had hope that he could "beat cancer's ass" again. Unfortunately we were mistaken.

One more life has been taken from our world, one more which helped shape us into the people we are today and hopefully one more that will remembered by who we will be tomorrow.

Lazyness Rules

Since Yesterday's post actually did implement some sense of organization to this Blog thingeh I decided to keep using it, but today we'll add some stuff, so let's get started...

Pokémon Brawlers Progress: Uhhh... to be honest, today I didn't even open the script, I decided to start thinking of what kind of visual style I'm going for(it's movie mumbo-jumbo for where I want to put the camera and what I want the sets and characters to look like), So I've got some stuff decided, also going to start designing a gym badge that'll appear in the movie and... yeah...

Pokémon Sapphire Progress:
Did a bit more training on my Ralts last night when I realized I couldn't sleep and a bit more this morning, he is currently at lv9 and I'm ready to go into Petalburg Woods

Cosplay Stuff:
Getting everything organized so that I can start work on a Brendan Cosplay in Late May/Early June...

Anime and Stuff:
Started watching Bleach, then decided that, though cool, it was kinda dark for me, then someone recommended me Soul Eater... That thing is awesome... from tons references to apeshit crazy fighting scenes, man that's just amazing. Not to mention that the art direction crew and the guys who decided how to "shoot" the aforementioned fighting scenes are all fantastic... gonna keep at it!

Debate of the Day:

I'm seeing quite a few people stopping by and decided to take the time to ask you to discuss a bit, so here's what's been rattling in my noodle today:

I've been going to a lot of Game stores and the Ds Pokémon game I see the most is Pokémon White and I want to know 2 things:

1: Do you think this is because they've been stocking up on White Version rather than Black Version due to popular demand or is it your opinion that Black Version is just getting picked up alot faster? I personally have no side I can take seeing as I really do not understand what's going on...

2: Which Gen 5 Version did you pick up and why? From Version exclusive pokémon to Different designs on certain locations(more obviously black city and white forest).

Hey guys, nothing really happened today, but since this is a daily blog I thought I'd update you on how everything is going, of course I'll divide it into different categories so it's more "organized"(fun fact, I can't even organize my room...).

Pokémon Brawlers Progress:
Continued scripting, added the first encounter(in the movie) between two of the three main characters and finished off the background on each.

Pokémon Sapphire Progress:
Started Playing Sapphire, got a female mudkip(:happehface:), caught a Poochyena(both these two are currently at lv9) and managed to catch a female Ralts(second :happehface:)

Other Stuff:
Found a "CreatureHub" video(which makes sense, since I'm subbed to both Nova and Sly) and immediately subscribed...
